Electrostatic Precipitator Transformer-Rectifier

Transformer-Rectifier (T-R) sets supply the voltage and uni-directional current essential for
electrostatic precipitator operation. Correct matching of the Transformer-Rectifier with the
application, bus section size, discharge electrode geometry and collecting electrode spacing
is a critical factor in the performance of the unit. Hamon Research Cottrell has selected and
provided tens of thousands of T-R sets for all applications and precipitator geometries. HRC
stocks several commonly used sizes and can provide the correct set for any size precipitator.
